For most healthy adults, yes. Our mouth tape uses a skin-friendly, breathable adhesive that peels off easily. Not recommended if you have a cold or stuffy nose, severe sleep apnea without medical advice, or an allergy to plasters. In doubt? Consult your doctor first.

Depends on the cause:

Yes. Light suppresses the production of melatonin, the hormone that makes you sleepy. A sleep mask blocks that light, helping you fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply. Especially useful during summer months, when travelling, or for shift work. Our masks are made from soft materials that don't put pressure on your eyes or temples.
A snoring mouthpiece keeps your lower jaw a few millimeters forward during sleep. This keeps the airway at the back of your throat open and reduces the vibration of soft tissues, resulting in less snoring. It is particularly effective for snoring caused by a receding jaw and sleep position. If sleep apnea is suspected, seek medical advice first, then consider using it as support.

Did you know that your brain works hard at night to restore your body, process memories, and strengthen your immunity? Understanding sleep stages, brain activity, and lifestyle helps you create deeper, more restorative nights.
You breathe more than 20,000 times a day, but how you breathe makes all the difference. Nasal breathing, a slow breathing rate, and techniques like diaphragmatic breathing influence your heart rate, stress levels, and even your sleep quality.
A few numbers to put your sleep in perspective.
44% of people sleep less than 7 hours. This leads to 29% less productivity, poorer focus, mood problems, and reduced decisiveness (Grandner et al., 2019).
Mouth breathing increases sleep apnoeas by 300% and disrupts your oxygen balance. Nasal breathing promotes deep sleep and immune function (White et al, 1985).
35% of adults and 73% of students sleep too little. This increases the risk of weight gain, diabetes, and heart disease. Young people are particularly vulnerable due to disrupted hunger hormones and energy balance (Kazemizadeh 2021).
