How can I sleep comfortably on a plane?

Lijkt prima. Ligt in de auto voor als ik daar een keer wil slapen. Heb er nog niet mee geslapen. Het is nooit zaligmakend, liggend slapen maar hiermee hopelijk wel iets comfortabeler.
