What is the PurelyGoods subscription?
With a PurelyGoods subscription, you will automatically receive your favorite products at home, exactly when you need them. No more hassle with reordering and you benefit from an exclusive subscription discount.
How does taking out a subscription work?
On the product page, simply select 'Start a subscription' instead of 'One-time purchase'. Then select the desired delivery interval (e.g. every month, 2 months or 3 months) and complete your order as usual.
What are the benefits of a subscription?

How can I manage or change my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in two ways via the customer portal:
- 1) When you place an order, you will receive an email with a Magic Link that will give you access to the customer portal. This link can also be found under the "Manage Subscription" button in every subscription email you receive. Please note that this link will automatically expire after 2 hours due to Shopify restrictions.
- 2) If you have created an account on our website, you can log in and click on the "Manage subscription" button. You will then be redirected directly to the customer portal, where you can manage all your active subscriptions.
Are there additional costs associated with a subscription?
No, there are no hidden costs. You only pay for the product and regular shipping costs (if applicable), with the discount that comes with the subscription.
Can I also order my subscription product separately?
Yes, you can. On the product page, you simply choose 'One-time purchase' instead of the subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. To do this, use the Magic Link from your email or log in to your account and click on "Manage subscription" . There are no obligations or additional costs.
Can I change my address or payment method?
Yes, you can easily change your address and payment details via the customer portal. Make sure you make changes before the next scheduled order to apply them in time.
