How does a PurelyGoods subscription work?

How does subscribing work?
On the product page, simply choose 'Subscription' instead of 'One-time purchase'. Then select your desired delivery interval (e.g., every month, 2 months, or 3 months) and complete your order as usual.

How can I manage or change my subscription?
You can manage your subscription in two ways via the customer portal:
- 1) Via a unique link in your email:
When you place an order, you will receive an email with a unique link that gives you access to the customer portal. This link can also be found under the button "Manage Subscription" in every subscription email you receive. Please note: this link automatically expires after 2 hours due to limitations within Shopify.
- 2) Via your account on our website:
Did you create an account during or after your purchase? Then you can log in to our website and access the customer portal directly via the "Manage Subscription" button. Here you can easily view and adjust your active subscription(s). Did you not create an account at checkout? You can still do this later with the same email address.
- 3) Subscription page button: Further up on this page, there is a "Manage Subscription" button. This button will take you to the customer portal for subscriptions.
Are there extra costs associated with a subscription?
No, there are no hidden costs. You only pay for the product and the regular shipping costs (if applicable), with the discount included in the subscription.
Will I be notified in advance of price changes to my subscription?
Yes, as soon as the price of your subscription is adjusted, you will automatically receive an email with the new price. This notification will be sent immediately after the change has been implemented.
Please note: you will receive the notification at the time of the change. There is no standard advance notification X days in advance, unless specifically configured.
