Helps against snoring

More than an anti-snoring mouthpiece
A quieter night has an impact on the day. Because your airway remains clearer, you breathe easier at night and often sleep deeper. The result: you wake up more rested and have more energy for your day. This makes the anti-snoring mouthpiece a great choice for anyone who wants to tackle snoring at the source.
What makes the PurelyGoods Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece unique?
- Adjustable design: adaptable to your bite, for comfort and effectiveness.
- Safe material: made of BPA- and latex-free EVA, without harmful substances.
- Easy customisation: with the clear manual, you can fit the mouthpiece in a few minutes in warm water.
- Hygienic storage: store the mouthpiece in the included allergy and dust-free box for a fresh, longer lifespan.
- More compact model: based on customer feedback, we made the mouthpiece more compact, the same effect with more comfort.
Good to know
- Do you have dentures or a dental prosthesis? Then we advise against this anti-snoring mouthpiece.
- The mouthpiece lasts on average about 3 months; proper cleaning and storage extend its lifespan.
- Not suitable for sleep apnea. Do you suspect apnea (e.g. due to breathing stops or extreme fatigue)? Consult a doctor first.
- Not recommended for missing teeth, a heavily irregular bite, or a pronounced overbite, as the fit may then be less effective.
- Read the manual carefully, also when customising the mouthpiece.

Fits well with this
PurelyGoods Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece Max
Do you recognise this?
Do you wake yourself up at night with your snoring, or does it keep your partner awake? Snoring often occurs because the lower jaw recedes and narrows the airway. The result: restless nights, daytime fatigue, and tension in your relationship.
The solution: a clear airway
The PurelyGoods Anti-Snore Mouthpiece Max positions your lower jaw slightly forward, keeping your airway clearer during sleep. Less resistance means calmer breathing and noticeably less snoring, for you and for whoever sleeps next to you.
What makes this product unique?
Step by step your perfect fit
The click mechanism of the Snurkbeugel Max allows you to adjust the position of the lower jaw in small steps. Start at the lowest setting and gradually adjust until you find the optimal level, both comfortable and effective. No guesswork, just control.

Frequently Asked questions

What is the difference between an anti-snoring mouthpiece and mouth tape?
They tackle snoring in a different way. An anti-snoring mouthpiece (like the Snurkbeugel Max) keeps your lower jaw slightly forward, so your airway remains freer, which can especially help with throat snoring, where the snoring sound originates at the back of your throat. Mouth tape works differently: it gently keeps your lips closed and thus encourages nasal breathing, which can help if you snore because you sleep with your mouth open.
In short: choose an anti-snoring mouthpiece if the cause is in your jaw/throat, and mouth tape if mouth breathing is the problem. They are not mutually exclusive; some people combine them. Unsure what suits you? Then check out our page Compare anti-snoring devices.
Why do I snore mostly on my back?
When lying on your back, your tongue and palate fall backward, narrowing the airway. This is the most common cause of throat snoring. An anti-snoring mouthpiece keeps the lower jaw forward, keeping the airway open regardless of your sleeping position.
Why don't pillows and sprays often help with snoring?
Pillows temporarily change your sleeping position, sprays reduce swelling in the nose. But with throat snoring, the most common type, the problem lies deeper. An anti-snoring mouthguard opens the airway at throat level, where other remedies cannot reach.
When is snoring a sign of something more serious?
If you snore with breathing pauses, are extremely tired during the day, or wake up with headaches, it could indicate sleep apnea. In that case, consult a general practitioner. An anti-snoring mouthpiece helps with regular snoring; we advise against its use for diagnosed sleep apnea.
Are anti-snoring mouthpieces bad for your teeth?
Not when used correctly. The brace is made of BPA-free and latex-free EVA material that distributes pressure evenly. Slight jaw stiffness in the first few days is normal and will disappear within a week. Use is not recommended if you have dentures, missing teeth, or severely irregular teeth; consult your dentist if in doubt.
What is the difference between the Snurkbeugel Max and Comfort?
The Max offers extra stability and is adjustable up to 10 mm forward, suitable for more intense snorers. The Comfort is softer and ideal if you are trying a snoring brace for the first time. Both work on the same principle: moving the lower jaw forward to open the airway.
How long does the snoring brace last?
Approximately 3 months with daily use. Rinse the retainer with lukewarm water after each use and store it dry. Replace the retainer when the material softens or the fit deteriorates, as its effectiveness will decrease.
I suffer from sleep apnea, can I use the snoring brace?
No, if you suffer from sleep apnea, we advise against using our anti-snoring mouthpiece.
