The PurelyGoods Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece Comfort is suitable for adult men and women with a full and healthy set of teeth who snore due to a receding lower jaw. The anti-snoring mouthpiece is not suitable for sleep apnea, active periodontitis, loose teeth or molars, dentures, missing teeth or molars, extensive fillings, a very irregular bite, or a pronounced overbite. Suitable for a mouth size up to 4.5 × 6.0 × 2.5 cm. If you are unsure whether the anti-snoring mouthpiece is suitable for your teeth, please consult your dentist beforehand.

I've never tried a snore guard, where do I start?
The Comfort is specifically designed as an entry-level model. The material is softer than the Max variant, allowing your jaw to adjust more quickly. Customise the brace using the included instructions (boil-and-bite) and wear it for short periods during the first few nights to get used to it. Most users adjust within 3–5 nights.
Is a snoring mouthguard bad for your teeth?
Not if used correctly. Slight jaw stiffness during the first few days is normal and will disappear within a week.
What is the difference between the Snoring Guard Comfort and Max?
The Comfort is softer and ideal as a first anti-snoring mouthpiece. The Max offers extra firmness and more adjustable forward positioning, suitable for more intense snorers or if the Comfort does not provide sufficient results. Both work on the same principle: moving the lower jaw forward to open the airway.
How long does the Snore Brace Comfort last?
Approximately 3 months with daily use. Rinse the brace with lukewarm water after each use and store it dry in the provided case. Replace the brace when the material becomes too soft or the fit diminishes.
How exactly does an anti-snoring mouthpiece work?
The brace slides your lower jaw forward by a few millimeters, which widens the airway in your throat.
