What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs in the Netherlands are completely free. Shipping costs for Belgium are €2.95.
Will I receive a confirmation when I have completed my order?
We will send you an order confirmation within one hour. If something went wrong, please contact our customer service, customerservice@purelygoods.nl. They will help you further!
What is your delivery time?
Orders placed before 5pm will be delivered within 1 business day in the Netherlands (Unless otherwise stated, see product pages). For Belgium you can expect delivery within 2 business days (Unless otherwise stated, see product pages). 📦 Please note : the delivery time indication on the product page is leading. Due to the crowds, the delivery time may be slightly longer than indicated in some cases. We do our utmost to ship all orders on time, but in the event of unexpected crowds or external circumstances (such as delays at the delivery services), delays may sometimes occur.
What if my product is not delivered on time?
We kindly request that you wait one more day for your order (longer than the indicated time on the product pages). This may be due to (extreme) busyness at the parcel services. You can also always contact us. We will be happy to look into it with you! 🧑💻

How long is my warranty?
We offer a 2-year warranty on our products. If your product is delivered defective, we ask you to send us some photos to klantenservice@purelygoods.nl . We will then ensure that you can return your product free of charge and receive a new one.
