Can I order without an account?
Yes. Go to checkout and choose 'Checkout as a guest'. You will then fill in your name, address, phone number, email address, and delivery and payment details. Do you order frequently? Then an account is useful, so you don't have to re-enter this information every time.
How do I place a business order with a VAT invoice?
During checkout, enter your VAT number and company name under 'Comments' (visible in the shopping cart). These will then appear on the invoice. Other questions about a business order? Email us at klantenservice@purelygoods.nl or send a WhatsApp message, and we will help you further.
Is your payment environment secure?
Yes. As soon as you proceed to checkout, you enter a secure environment. Your transaction details are sent encrypted via an SSL connection, so nobody can view them.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with iDEAL, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Bancontact, and Klarna. With Klarna, you can choose to pay afterwards or in installments, according to Klarna's terms and conditions.
Can I pay afterwards?
Yes. With Klarna, you can pay afterwards; the payment will be processed later according to Klarna's terms and conditions. If you pay by credit card, the amount is usually debited at the end of the month.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Through Klarna, you can pay for your purchase in instalments. The exact terms and conditions, repayment period and any costs will be displayed during checkout with Klarna and are subject to Klarna's terms and conditions.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
No, paying by bank transfer is not possible with us.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No, cash on delivery is not possible.
