  • How do I place an order?
  • We'll walk you through the steps needed to place an order.

    1. Click on 'Add to cart' or 'Quick add' to add the desired product to your shopping cart.
    2. Click 'Continue'. (If you want to continue shopping and add more products, click 'X' or on the current screen).
    3. Please check your order details.
    4. My Cart: This page shows you the contents of your shopping cart.
    5. 'Delivery address': this is where we deliver your order and this is also the billing address. Is your billing address different? This billing address can be indicated under 'Billing address' and then 'Use a different billing address'.
    6. Shipping method: here you can select your preferred shipping method.
    7. If all the information is correct, select the payment method under 'Payment'.
    8. After you have selected your payment to proceed with 'Pay Now'.

  • Can I order without an account?
  • Yes, you can order from us without an account.

    If you do not wish to create an account, you can place an order, proceed to checkout and click on 'checkout as guest'. You will then be asked to fill in your name and address, telephone number, email address, delivery and payment details.

    For future orders it is advisable to create an account, otherwise you will have to fill in the above details each time. With an account we can also keep you informed of our actions, new products, blogs and other promotions.

  • How do I order with an account?
  • To order on account, you must first create an account.

    Go to 'Account' in the top right corner of every web page (see account image icon ). Then enter your email and then click 'Continue'. You will then be asked to enter your 6 digit code from your given email, click 'Submit' to create a customer profile.

    Once you have successfully registered, you can place an order with your account. Click on 'Go to store'.

  • How can I place a business order with a VAT invoice?
  • You can enter your VAT number and company name during the payment process (visible in the shopping cart under 'Comments'), these will then be stated on the invoice.   • Do you have a secure payment environment?
  • Yes. As soon as you start paying, you will end up in a secure internet environment. This way, others will not have the chance to secretly look along. Your transaction data is sent encrypted via an SSL connection. You can recognize a secure SSL connection by the green lock in your browser.

     

  • How do you accept payments?
  • You can pay with us using iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Bancontact.

     

  • Can I also pay by bank transfer?
  • No, you cannot pay us by bank transfer.

     

  • Can I also pay after receipt?
  • Yes and no, when you place an order via your credit card the amount is debited at the end of the month. However, if you order at the end of the month, the amount is sometimes already debited before you have received the order.

     

  • Can I also pay in installments?
  • No, you cannot pay in installments with us.

  • Can I also pay cash upon delivery?
  • No, you cannot pay cash upon delivery.
