At PurelyGoods we strive to provide a simple and customer friendly returns policy so that you are happy with your purchase. Below are the most important points:

Free returns, 30 days' reflection period and right of return:

Not satisfied? Returns are easy!

  • You have 30 days to return your order if you are not satisfied. This can be done by exchanging the product for another or getting the full purchase price back.
  • Please return the product in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. If the product is used, we may charge a fee.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why we give you 30 days to return your order. This way you can try out the product at home and judge whether it meets your expectations.

Easy returns via our returns portal :

To register and send a return, you can use our new return portal. Click on the following link to submit a new return request: PurelyGoods Return Portal

Follow these simple steps to complete your return:

  • Go to the returns portal and enter the track & trace number of your order, together with the postcode to which the package was delivered.
  • Select the product you wish to return and click the button to start the return process.
  • Please provide the reason for return and continue with the following steps.
  • If available, drop-off points near you will be shown where you can drop off the package. If no drop-off points are available, you can find a drop-off point yourself to drop off the package.
  • Finally, fill in your contact details to request and print the return label.

Damage and problems:

Please check your order upon receipt. If anything is defective, damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately.

European Union 14 days reflection period:

For goods shipped to the European Union, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. You have the right to cancel or return your order within this period, without giving a reason. Make sure the items are in the same condition as when you received them.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Upon approval, you will receive an automatic refund via your original payment method within 5 business days. Please contact us at customerservice@purelygoods.nl if it takes longer than 10 business days after approval.
