Benefits of a mulberry silk sleep maskA cotton mask becomes warm and damp after a few hours; silk does not. The fiber dissipates body heat and retains hardly any moisture, so the mask stays cool and dry until morning. Momme is a unit of weight for silk. The 22 momme mulberry silk used feels smooth and relatively firm for a silk sleep mask. The product page mentions Grade 6A. These material designations indicate fabric quality, not that the mask automatically helps you sleep better.
Silk generally causes less friction than many coarser fabrics and can therefore feel soft against the skin and hair. That is not a proven guarantee against wrinkles, dark circles, or hair breakage. Choose silk primarily for its smooth feel, fit, and comfort.
The smooth, soft material and adjustable strap can be comfortable for side sleepers. Whether the mask shifts depends on the pillow, face shape, and strap tension. Adjust the strap loose enough to prevent pressure, but tight enough to ensure the edges seal properly.
Handle silk with care: follow the care label, use a mild detergent without bleach, and avoid high temperatures and wringing. Hand washing or a very delicate cycle in a wash bag may be appropriate if the label permits. Let the mask air dry or dry flat.
Cotton and synthetic fabrics pull at your hair, causing breakage and frizz. Mulberry silk is smooth enough to glide along your hairline without friction. This is especially noticeable with curly, color-treated, or chemically processed hair.
Silk often feels cool and smooth to the touch and can feel pleasant against the skin in warm conditions. The difference compared to cotton is usually subtle and personal. Base your choice primarily on how it feels to wear and its maintenance; both materials offer slight insulation, but neither regulates your body temperature or guarantees better sleep.

Yesss! Ik ben tevreden met het PurelyGoods zijden slaapmasker. De 100 % mulberry zijde voelt zacht en comfortabel aan en het masker blokkeert licht goed af, wat helpt om sneller in slaap te vallen. Minpuntje is dat het wat voorzichtig gewassen moet worden. Al met al een uograde ten opzichte van standaard stoffen maskers. Daarom 4 sterren.
Voor mijn vrouwelijke partner gekocht, zij had die van mij geprobeerd (man) (zelfde product), omdat het raam wat meer open moest omdat we na het samenwonen meer zuurstof nodig hebben in de kamer. En doordat het raam open stond kond de gordijn niet goed dicht. Zij zegt veel beter te slapen. Zeker door het stukje bij je neus sluit goed aan waardoor er geen licht onderdoor in je ogen komt. Materiaal is zacht en het sluit goed af om je hoofd, prima verstelbaar. In eerst opzicht lijkt de prijs duur (en zal vast genoeg marge op zitten), maar denk maar als je hier 5 jaar lang iedere dag beter slaapt dan zijn dit zeg 1600 dagen, dan kost zo'n slaapmasker echt een paar cent per dag > je drink vaak al 1 koffie pad a 30ct in de ochtend, dus waar heb je het over. Als je partner last heeft van licht, dan deze kopen voor hem of haar. veel plezier ermee.
Beetje wennen om zo te slapen maar is erg zacht aan de ogen! En knelt niet af.
Fijne, luchtige zijden stof. Daardoor is het niet warm. Zelfs tijdens die warme nachten heb ik het slaapmasker gedragen! Sluit het licht goed af en zit comfortabel. Top! Heel tevreden.

Ik ben erg tevreden met dit slaapmasker. De stof voelt zacht en comfortabel aan, en het masker sluit volledig af, waardoor het echt helemaal donker is. Hierdoor slaap ik veel beter, zelfs in een lichte omgeving. Het zit prettig zonder te strak te zitten en ik merk dat ik er ’s nachts nauwelijks iets van voel. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die goed wil kunnen slapen!

Slaap heel goed met dit masker en heb's ochtends minder oogplooien. Slaap meestal op de buik of aan de zijkant. Ik wou dat ik dit masker eerder had gehad.
Deze aankoop was geweldig. Het materiaal is zacht en draagbaar. De verzending was snel. Ik hou gewoon niet van Uniuni-bezorgdiensten. Omdat ze de leveringsinstructies niet volgen.
