Prepare
Clean and dry the skin around the nose and lips. Dry skin is the most important condition for good adhesion.
Paste
First, apply the nose strip, then the mouth tape. The partner gently kneads an earplug and places it over the entrance to the ear canal.

Who is this anti-snoring set for couples intended for?
