Instructions for use
- Clean and dry the skin around your nose and lips.
- Place the nasal strip on the bridge of the nose, with the ends above the nostrils, and press firmly.
- Place the mouth tape on your mouth and press the edges for 30 seconds. Ensure your lips are slightly moist.
- The partner gently kneads an earplug and places it over the entrance of the ear canal, not inside.
- In the morning, remove the mouth tape by pressing it lightly with your tongue; remove the nasal strip with warm water. Store the earplugs in the provided box.

Why does an anti-snoring kit include earplugs?

Will I still hear my alarm clock with the earplugs in?

An alarm clock next to your bed or a vibration alarm on your phone will usually still be heard. If you are a very deep sleeper, test it first on a night when you don't have to get up early.

An anti-snoring mouthpiece brings the jaw forward and addresses that cause. If snoring persists or is accompanied by breathing pauses, seek medical evaluation.
