Snoring that originates in the throat occurs because the lower jaw relaxes and falls back during sleep: the airway narrows and the soft tissue begins to vibrate. The extent to which the jaw needs to be moved forward to prevent this varies from person to person. The PurelyGoods® Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece Max is therefore adjustable: you first custom-mold it to your teeth and then set, in increments, how far the lower jaw is moved forward—just enough to keep the airway open, without unnecessary tension.
The mouthpiece is made of soft, BPA-free, and latex-free EVA and is molded to your own teeth using warm water. Based on customer feedback, the updated model is more compact than the previous version, offering the same effectiveness with greater comfort.

Start with the lightest setting and wear the mouthpiece for a few nights. If you are still snoring, move it one step further forward; if you feel tension in your jaw, move it one step back. This way, you can find the setting where the airway remains open without waking up with a stiff jaw. A slight sensation in the jaw during the first few mornings is normal, but pain is not.
Who this anti-snoring mouthpiece is for
The mouthpiece works for snoring originating in the throat in people with a complete, stable set of teeth. It is not suitable if you have dentures, missing teeth or molars, severely irregular teeth, or a pronounced overbite, as the fit will not be stable. Not for use in cases of (suspected) sleep apnea: if you experience breathing pauses, loud snoring with silences, or severe daytime fatigue, please consult your GP first. The mouthpiece does not replace medical treatment.

Rinse the mouthpiece every morning and let it dry in the storage case. With daily use, it lasts approximately 3 months; proper cleaning and dry storage can extend this. How does the Snurkbeugel Max potentially help against snoring?
The brace moves the lower jaw slightly forward while sleeping. For snoring associated with relaxation around the tongue and throat, this can provide more space in the airway. Not everyone snores for the same reason, so results will vary. The Max is not a treatment for sleep apnea.
How do I adjust the Snore Guard Max?
First, shape the brace with warm water according to the instructions and then gradually adjust the lower jaw position. Start conservatively: a more forward position is not automatically better and can cause jaw or tooth discomfort. The brace should fit securely without pain or a feeling of constriction.
Is jaw pain normal with an anti-snoring device?
Slight, short-term adjustment may occur, but persistent pain, sensitive teeth, jaw joint issues, or a permanently altered bite are not something to ignore. If this happens, stop wearing it and seek advice from a dentist. Never force the adjustment.

Ik heb de snurkbeugel Max nu een paar weken in gebruik en ben over het algemeen best tevreden. Het vormen ging vrij makkelijk met warm water en hij zit stevig. De eerste nachten moest ik wel echt wennen, hahaha.
Wat ik merk is dat mijn snurken duidelijk minder is geworden (volgens mijn partner). Het comfort is oke, maar niet perfect.
De kwaliteit voelt erg goed voor de prijs en hij is makkelijk schoon te maken. Ik denk dat dit een goede optie is als je iets betaalbaars wilt proberen voordat je meteen iets duurs aanschaft.
Heb eerder een snurk beugel besteld en ben er zeer tevreden over. Is eerst even een paar nachten wennen , maar het resultaat is verbluffend en niet verwacht. heel belangrijk om de snurk beugel goed passend te maken met behulp van heet water. Ik gebruik een sleepanalyser en de gestaafde resultaten zijn overweldigend. 2 foto’s van 2 nachten met snurk resultaat vóór het gebruik van de snurk beugel. 3 foto’s van 3 nachten met het snurk resultaat van de afgelopen 3 weken dat ik de snurk beugel gebruik. Ben benieuwd hoelang de snurk beugel kwalitatief in deze staat blijft.
Dit ding werkt echt, snorlabs gaf me een geweldige analyse. Je kunt zien dat het werkt, en vreemd genoeg weet ik niet hoe het eruit blijft komen, maar als het wel het geurige hemelraketten terug. Ik heb veel apparaten uitgeprobeerd, dit is veruit het beste, zelfs zonder enige vooruitgang en gewoon mijn kaak in de natuurlijke positie houdend, het werkte. Op mijn foto's zie je het zonder het apparaat en met het apparaat totdat het er op de een of andere manier uitvalt. Ik moet gewoon een manier vinden om te voorkomen dat het eruit komt.
Het werkt goed! Het is makkelijk aan te passen met het warmwaterproces, hoewel het in het begin een beetje ongemakkelijk is, maar mijn man zegt tenminste dat ik niet meer snurk.
Ik heb dit gebruikt om mijn snurken en tandenknarsen aan te pakken, en ik ben onder de indruk! Het vormt gemakkelijk na het weken in warm water, past comfortabel dankzij het gebogen ontwerp en zorgt voor een gemakkelijke ademhaling met zijn vergrote luchtweg. Het is ook BPA-vrij en voegt een veiligheidslaag toe. Sinds ik het gebruik heb gebruikt, is mijn snurken aanzienlijk afgenomen en voelt mijn kaak's ochtends minder pijnlijk aan. Sterk aanbevolen voor iedereen die zijn slaapkwaliteit wil verbeteren!
Deze beugel werkt perfect, nadat ik 2 jaar geleden een nekhernia kreeg, en niet meer fatsoenlijk in bed kon liggen, ben ik enorm gaan snurken, met deze beugel is het zo goed als voorbij, ik blij, mijn man nog blijer🤣
Vermelden bij de advertentie dat de bitjes wel heel klein zijn, het lijkt meer geschikt voor een kind. Ik had er twee gekocht voor mijn volwassen zoon die nogal snurkt, zodat ik tijdens onze vakantie zou kunnen slapen. Het past niet en laat volledig los. Eerdere bitjes waren veel ruimer
De beugel past niet in mijn mond. Het harde gedeelte is te smal voor mijn achterste kiezen. Het flexibele deel is goed te vormen naar mijn gebit. Blijkbaar staan mijn achterste kiezen li en re te ver uit elkaar!
In goede staat aangekomen en goede instructies om ze voor gebruik klaar te maken. Het kan even duren voordat je gewend bent om ermee in je mond te slapen, maar een geweldig product

Vind het een hele mond vol en smorgens wat last van mijn tanden.
Normaal slaap ik al met mijn mond open, maar nu nog meer en heb ik een nog drogere mond .

Ik heb het apparaat besteld om het uit te proberen, en het was heel eenvoudig aan te passen; de aankoop was de moeite waard. Vroeger snurkte ik heel luid, maar nu is er rust en stilte. Gelukkige vrouw, gelukkig leven; mijn vrouw is ook blij met mijn aankoop. Ik kan het alleen maar aanbevelen!

Uitstekend product. De siliconen zijn gemakkelijk aan te passen voor een goede pasvorm. Na een week gebruik is het snurken verleden tijd en ervaar ik een niet verwachte maar positieve verandering in mijn kaakstand.
