Two causes, one approach
During sleep, your jaw and throat muscles relax. If the lower jaw falls back, the airway narrows, creating the vibrating sound we call snoring. At the same time, a narrow or blocked nasal passage can force you to breathe through your mouth, which exacerbates the effect. This bundle works on both points: from below via the jaw, from above via the nose.

Instructions for use
- Prepare the snore brace according to the included manual and insert it before sleeping.
- Thoroughly clean and dry the skin around your nose.

- Gently remove the nasal strip in the morning with warm water. Do not reuse.
- Clean the snore brace and store it in the provided storage box.

- Do you have dentures or a dental prosthesis? Then we do not recommend the snore brace.
- The use of the snore brace is not recommended for missing teeth, a heavily irregular bite, or a pronounced overbite. The brace exerts even pressure on the teeth to be effective; in these situations, it may lead to a less optimal fit or discomfort.

Can I use a snoring brace and nasal strips at the same time?
Yes, they work in different places and don't interfere with each other. The anti-snoring mouthpiece brings your lower jaw forward to keep the airway in your throat open, while the nasal strip widens your nasal passage. It's precisely this combination that makes a difference for people for whom one method alone was insufficient.
Why do anti-snoring devices often only work halfway?
Snoring rarely originates from a single place. For many people, both the jaw falling back during sleep and a too narrow nasal passage play a role. If you only address one cause, the other will continue to produce the sound. This explains why individual remedies work well for some and have little effect on others.
How do I know which cause is most significant for me?
It's difficult to determine this beforehand without a sleep study. If you wake up with a dry mouth or throat, that indicates mouth breathing and a jaw that has fallen back. If you are often congested or breathe with difficulty through your nose, then your nasal passage is a factor. With both solutions, you don't have to guess which one applies to you.
