Wash and dry your nose and the surrounding area thoroughly. No cream or oil.

How long does a pack of 45 nasal strips last?
With one new strip per night, the package contains a 45-night supply. Do not reuse strips: the adhesive properties diminish after removal and reuse is less hygienic. You do not have to wear them every night; use them only when they are comfortable and suit your nasal issues.
Are nasal strips an alternative to nasal spray?
Not one-to-one. Nasal strips open the nose mechanically from the outside; nasal sprays have different effects and some are medicinal. Do not stop prescribed medication because of a nasal strip and use a medicinal nasal spray according to the package leaflet or the advice of a doctor or pharmacist.
Can I use nose strips if I have sensitive skin?
Test the strip briefly on clean, dry skin first. Do not use on wounds, irritated or sunburnt skin and stop if redness, itching or swelling occurs. Remove slowly, using warm water if necessary. If you have a known adhesive allergy, seeking advice from a doctor or pharmacist beforehand is recommended.

Goede kwaliteit, de lijm is goed en laat niet los, gaat ongeveer 16 uur mee, irriteert de huid niet en laat geen residu achter. Sterk aanbevolen.

Ik ben erg tevreden over het gebruik, levering en resultaat van de neusstrips! Sinds 2 weken gebruik ik de strips nu, na een snelle levering. Het was meteen duidelijk hoe ik de strips moest aanbrengen en zat dan ook comfortabel. Gedurende de week ben ik gaan merken dat ik meer uitgerust wakker werd. Ik slaap niet meer zonder, aanrader wat mij betreft!

De pleister de eerste paar dagen niet goed blijven zitten. Het is heel belangrijk dat de pleister op een vetvrije huid moet plakken en dan even drukken/wrijven op de pleister zodat hij goed blijft zitten tijdens het slapen. Je merkt direct verbetering en ik ben dus heel blij dat ik heb doorgezet met plakken want het helpt mij echt!
Na mijn neusoperatie heb ik nog steeds 1 neusgat wat nauwer is dan de andere. Omdat ik géén neusspray wil gebruiken ben ik dit gaan gebruiken en ik kan geen nacht meer zonder. Het zit fijn zelfs wanneer ik nog even wil lezen past mijn bril nog op mijn neus. Ik raad deze pleisters iedereen aan! 💕
Ik ben nu ongeveer een week bezig met de pleisters. Het snurken is minder hard. Ik blijf ze voorlopig gebruiken.

Zeer fijne neusstrips. Hechten zeer goed. Voor mijn snel irriterende huid iets te goed. Maar als ik ze vochtig maak dan gaan reageert mijn huid minder geïrriteerd. Stevigere neusstrips dan vele anderen die ik hier geprobeerd heb.
