How do I get into a more comfortable position on the plane?
Lean back against the chair as straight as possible and place the neck pillow firmly around your neck. Adjust the front so that your head does not easily fall forward. Then rest your head against one of the supporting sides.
Why does my neck often feel stiff after a long journey?
