Delivery and shipping
We want to let you know that we are working very hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. We have teamed up with PostNL and DHL to ensure that your package is delivered as fast as possible, wherever you are in the Netherlands or Belgium. Sometimes it is possible that the tracker indicates that the package has not yet been received. This can be due to the busy parcel services, which can cause it to take a little longer. Sorry for that!
Who will deliver your package?
If you order before 5pm on a weekday, you can usually enjoy your order the next business day. That's thanks to the heroes of PostNL or DHL in the Netherlands, and within two days in Belgium. (Unless otherwise stated, of course!)
Please note : the delivery time indication on the product page is leading. Due to the crowds, the delivery time may be slightly longer than indicated in some cases. We do our utmost to ship all orders on time, but in the event of unexpected crowds or external circumstances (such as delays at the delivery services), delays may sometimes occur.
Do you receive a Track & Trace code?
You bet! We use the magic of Innosend shipping software. As soon as your order is processed and the label is printed, you will receive a Track & Trace code in your mailbox. This way you can see exactly where your package is hanging out.
What if you are not at home when the delivery takes place?
Don't worry if you're not home when your order is delivered! We work with trusted carriers to deliver your package safely and quickly. Below you can find the delivery methods if you're not home from our partners:
For PostNL:
- If you are not home when delivery is made, they will deliver the package according to your delivery preferences. No preferences set? Then they will bring your package to your neighbors or to a PostNL point.
- You can track the delivery status via the PostNL app or with your track & trace code.
For DHL:
- If you are not at home at the time of delivery and they cannot deliver the package to your neighbors, they will deliver your package the next day to a DHL ServicePoint.
- They will leave a card in your mailbox with a code so you can track and trace where your package will be delivered.
What is the delivery time?
Usually you will receive your package within one business day in the Netherlands, and within two days in Belgium. Sometimes it can take a little longer, but we do our best to get it to you as soon as possible!
And how much does that cost?
For shipments within the Netherlands you don't have to pay anything at all! Yep, free delivery, just because we're so nice. For shipments to Belgium we only ask a small contribution of 2.95. Bargain, right?
And oh yeah, speaking of holidays...
During the holidays, your package may be slightly delayed. Due to the busy parcel services, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will receive your order the next day. But no worries, we will do our utmost to ensure that it arrives quickly!
