Instructions for use
- Fill the peri bottle with (lukewarm) water or chamomile tea. (When it comes to personal hygiene, water is the most effective and gentlest method). Screw the cap on tightly and extend the nozzle.
- While sitting on the toilet, place the peri bottle between your legs and point the spray head in the desired direction
- Gently squeeze the vaginal douche and repeat as desired.
Wash and clean the rinsing bottle with soap and water after use. Not suitable for the dishwasher.

Een peri bottle is een hulpmiddel dat o.a. wordt gebruikt om de intieme delen van het lichaam te reinigen na de bevalling of tijdens de herstelperiode na een vaginale geboorte. Het is een fles met een spuitmondje dat wordt gevuld met water en wordt gebruikt om zachtjes water te spuiten op het perineum om te reinigen en ongemak te verminderen.
Vul de peri bottle met (lauw) water of kamillethee. (Wanneer het op persoonlijke hygiëne aankomt is water de meest effectieve en zachtste methode). Schroef de dop stevig vast en verleng het mondstuk. Terwijl je op het toilet zit plaats je de peri fles tussen de benen en richt je de sproeikop in de gewenste richting. Knijp zachtjes in de vaginale douche en herhaal naar wens.
Je kunt de peri bottle zo lang gebruiken als jij maar wilt en is veelzijdig voor diverse doeleinden.
Spoelen na de bevalling helpt om het gevoelige gebied voorzichtig te reinigen en te verzachten zonder de huid te irriteren. Tijdens de bevalling kunnen er kleine scheurtjes, hechtingen, of zwellingen ontstaan, waardoor het gebied gevoeliger is voor ongemakken.
